An independent company takes the measurements, rated on a scale of 1-10:
- 9-10 are considered promoters (love and recommend the company; will promote it)

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is determined by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. In the staffing industry, the average score is 17%. PrideStaff’s score was 73%.

The NPS measures loyalty and satisfaction, but it is not PrideStaff Thousand Oaks only measure of success.
